2027 Vibrational Sound Therapy Retreat

The 2027 VSA Retreat will be at Soundtopia Warehouse in Roca, NE.  We will have many activities, a keynote speaker, guest speakers, sound baths, and sound in nature.  Carpooling will be available if you need ride during your stay.

When:  4:00 pm Friday August 20th to 11:00 am Monday August 23rd, 2027

Retreat events will take place at Soundtopia. Participants will be responsible for their own lodging. Our hotel partner is The Scarlet, Lincoln, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel that offers discounted room rates(not included in retreat price). VSA will provide ride shares only from this hotel to Soundtopia and for retreat activities.  Your own transportation is not needed during the retreat activities.

Friday, August 20th
3:00 pm Hotel check-in time (rooms may be available early or they can store your luggage)
4:00 pm–6:00 pm Open house and shopping at the Soundtopia warehouse
6:00 pm Opening dinner provided by Chef Gwen and VSA at Soundtopia
7:00 pm–8:00 pm Opening Sound Concert at Soundtopia

Saturday, August 21st
9:30 am–12:00 pm Speakers/Activities at Soundtopia
12:00 pm–1:30 pm Lunch provided by Chef Gwen and VSA at Soundtopia
1:45 pm–5:15 pm Speakers/Activities at Soundtopia
6:15 pm Optional social dinner(at your cost) at Barred Owl with indoor and outdoor seating located at The Scarlet Hotel, Lincoln.  Join the group or take a break and take some "me" time.

You can book any hotel, but ride shares will only be available from this hotel.  We will send a list of those needing and offering rides 2 weeks before the start date.

Cost:  

Includes all retreat activities, transportation, (To/From Hotel and Soundtopia and any retreat activities), and all 4 meals.

$400 Paid in full by November 15, 2026
$450 Paid in full by January 15, 2027
$500 Paid in full by March 15, 2027
$550 Paid in full by May 15, 2027 and $600 after

All payments are refundable before May 15, 2027.  After May 15, 2027 there will be no refunds of any payments or deposits. There are no exceptions. You must be paid in full to receive the early bird price.  Hotel rooms are not included, use the above link to book your room.

Who:

All VST graduates may attend. The retreat itself is not open to those outside the VSA, except for one partner or friend. Every attendee may invite someone but they must pay the normal rates for the retreat.

Activities: 

-This retreat will be a mix of socializing, relaxing, and learning

-Warehouse tour and shopping days

-Business and promotion ideas

-Group discussions on techniques, clients, contraindications, and new ideas

-Just like previous years it will be a lot of fun and include plenty of new education

Travel:

Air Travel and transportation to the retreat is not included. We would recommend flying into Lincoln (LNK) only 10 minutes from the hotel, but you can also fly into the Omaha airport (OMA) and book your own transportation to Lincoln (60 miles or 75 minutes).

There is a shuttle service you can take from Omaha.  You must reserve this service ahead of time before your arrival date directly with OmaLink.  Please have your flight information handy as they will require this information in order to book your shuttle.
