The 2025 VSA Retreat will be at Silver Sky Imports Warehouse in Roca, NE. We will have many activities, a keynote speaker, guest speakers, sound baths, and singing bowl water sound therapy.
When: Friday August 22nd to Monday August 25th, 2025
Retreat events will take place at Silver Sky Imports. Participants will be responsible for their own lodging. Our hotel partner is Fairfield Inn & Suites Lincoln Southeast that offers discounted room rates(not included in retreat price), free breakfast, and free parking for our participants. VSA will provide shuttles only from this hotel to Silver Sky Imports and for retreat activities. Your own transportation is not needed but you are welcome to drive yourself or others.

Saturday, August 23rd

9:30 am–11:30 am Speakers/Activities: VSA updates and introduction to VST in the water with Jeff Howard at Silver Sky Imports
11:45 am–1:15 pm Warehouse shopping and lunch provided by Chef Gwen and VSA at Silver Sky Imports
1:15 pm Carpool leaves for LifeSTROKES (1601 Normandy Ct, Lincoln, NE 68512). This private pool is heated to 92 degrees, UV sanitized with minimal chlorine, with towels and changing rooms available.
1:30 pm–5:15 pm Choice of activity at LifeSTROKES pool:
- VST Sound Therapy and/or Sound Bath
- Experience sound in the water or float to therapeutic sounds
- If you prefer, you may stay at the pool or at the warehouse to socialize or enjoy instrumental experiences
5:15 pm Carpool returns to Fairfield Inn & Suites Lincoln Southeast Hotel from Silver Sky

A special rate of $120 per night is available through the following link. You also have the option to book this 1 night early if you wish. This rate is valid for reservations booked before June 24, 2025.

You can book any hotel, but our shuttle will only be available to retreat activities from this hotel.
Cost:
$550 - Includes all retreat activities, transportation, (To/From Hotel and Silver Sky Imports and any retreat activities), and all 5 meals.
All payments are refundable before June 1, 2025. After June 1, 2025 there will be no refunds of any payments or deposits. There are no exceptions. You must be paid in full to receive the early bird price. Final Payments are due July 1, 2025. Hotel rooms are not included, use the above link to book your room.
Who:
All VST graduates may attend. The retreat itself is not open to those outside the VSA, except for one partner or friend. Every attendee may invite someone but they must pay the normal rates for the retreat.

-This retreat will be a mix of socializing, relaxing, and learning
-Warehouse tour and shopping days
-Business and promotion ideas
-Hands-on practice with VST in the water
-Group discussions on techniques, clients, contraindications, and new ideas
-Just like previous years it will be a lot of fun and include plenty of new education

Travel:
Air Travel and transportation to the retreat is not included. We would recommend flying into Lincoln (LNK) only 20 minutes from the hotel, but you can also fly into the Omaha airport (OMA) and book your own transportation to Lincoln (60 miles or 75 minutes).
There is a shuttle service you can take from Omaha. You must reserve this service ahead of time before your arrival date directly with OmaLink. Please have your flight information handy as they will require this information in order to book your shuttle.
